Are you interested in completing a research internship and contributing your expertise to an interdisciplinary team? Then apply now! We are currently seeking research associates / project staff / interns (m/f/d) to strengthen our dedicated research team!
The open position is aimed at a broadly interested and reliable individual with a background in sociology, law, administrative sciences, or (!) philosophy, who has excellent knowledge of academic research practices. The position is ideal for advanced students (from Diploma/Master’s level, in certain cases also Bachelor’s level) or graduates who wish to gain in-depth experience in academic research—while at the same time further developing their methodological and subject-specific skills.
Tasks:
- Support in ongoing research projects (e.g. literature reviews, data analysis, drafting academic texts)
- Participation in the development of new project ideas
- Support in preparing (joint) presentations, publications, and events
- Contribution to joint academic publications
- Participation in conferences and lectures
Profile:
- Current studies or a degree in sociology, law, philosophy, administrative sciences, or related disciplines
- Very good command of academic working methods (citation, argumentation, source criticism, application of methods)
- Interest in interdisciplinary questions and socially relevant research
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style (including curiosity and strong communication skills)
- Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent command of Office software
- Excellent knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
